The welcome meeting for IAS Fellows organized by the Institute for Advanced Study in Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Macau was successfully concluded on the afternoon of September 23, 2022. The event, chaired by Prof. Billy SO, Interim Dean of the Institute of Advanced Studies, was held online and attended by 26 Fellows. During the meeting, Prof. Billy SO briefly introduced the establishment background, research direction and academic activities of the IAS of the University of Macau and welcomed the IAS Fellows. The Fellows introduced themselves and shared their research fields respectively, and expressed their support and expectation for the activities of IAS.
